Marcin Chruściel, PhD, brings over 20 years of combined experience in endocrinology, cancer biology, and drug discovery, during which he has developed deep expertise in translational pharmacology. His background includes eight years at Orion Pharma, where he held scientific and leadership roles in small molecule and ADC oncology discovery. Marcin has broad capabilities in in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, data driven target identification, evaluation and validation, and extensive experience guiding agile and high impact research programs.
As Director of Pharmacology, Marcin will leverage his experience in drug discovery and translational research to drive innovation and strengthen scientific collaborations in support of the Finnish Drug Discovery Center’s mission.
